Villa Janine

This Villa-Janina has a livingspace of approx. 165 m2, which was finished in 2006. The so called half-villa (because one wall touch partly the villa of the owners) has everything you would normally have at home for daily living. You don’t need to bring sheets, linen, towels or els with you.  

The division is as follows: A spacious entrance hall with toilet, with on the southside a spacious living room, which combined an open, large and fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave, etc. On the northside there are three bedrooms. The spacious main bedroom is with an incorporated toilet, wash-stand and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has pile-up beds and 2 x single beds. Furthermore, there’s a large bathroom with double sinks/wash-stands, toilet, bidet, bath and 2 showers. All finished with original marble and tiled. In the living room are two large sofa’s, which can be used as 2x double beds. If so, given the total space and sleeping accommodation, Villa Janina is suitable for a total of 10 persons.

To the southwest and northwest side is a terrace of approx. 70 m2; there you can sunbathe, eat, bbq or just read a book. The terrace is for a part suncovered and the furniture is present. If desired, there are even buggies, cots and high chairs available. There is a TV, radio / CD and Internet access (WiFi) in the villa; a washing machine for common use is in the garage. 

If you come by car, there is a parkingplace at our own enclosed grounds. To buy a warm bread, or buy an ice cream in the village, their are bicycles available. The children may (under your supervision) use the children's pool on the lower terrace, only if there is enough watersupply from the Municipality.
